We worked with S3 & S4 girls at Carnoustie High School who had disengaged in Physical Education classes. To encourage participation in school, the young people were asked their interests, with many saying Dance.

Skilz facilitated GLOW in the dark Zumba!

The response was fantastic. We saw more engagement in physical activity than previously. 

The girls said:

"Glow Zumba has made me realise there is a fun way to sports and being active!"

"The GLOW in the dark boosts my confidence."

"Lauren is funny & energetic, she makes me feel better for myself."

Alongside being more active, the girls have become more confident!
